The Research Assistant will conduct online research to identify companies and contacts while maintaining the accuracy of the internal database. They will work closely with the Database Administrator and the Cold Calling team to support sales and marketing efforts.
This is an entry-level position that requires comfort with computer usage and strong attention to detail. No specific prior experience or database background is required.
This is an entry-level position that combines online research, data entry, and database maintenance. You'll help ensure our sales and marketing teams have accurate, useful information about the companies and contacts we want to reach.
You don't need years of experience or a background in databases. We're looking for someone who is comfortable using a computer, enjoys finding information, pays attention to details, and takes pride in getting things right.
You'll work closely with our Database Administrator and alongside our Cold Calling team to research companies and contacts and keep our database accurate and up to date.

This position is onsite at our Texarkana headquarters. You'll report to the Database Administrator within Marketing while working alongside our Cold Calling team, giving you direct exposure to how the information you research is used to identify and reach prospective customers.
