Oversee manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality meet specifications while managing plant workflow and machinery operations. Lead and train staff on safety protocols, ISO 9001 standards, and operational procedures to optimize plant efficiency.
The candidate must be able to manage production obstacles, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and internal safety rules. Experience in quality system management and personnel leadership within a manufacturing environment is required.

Coordina las actividades de fabricación para asegurar que la producción y la calidad de los productos cumplan con las especificaciones.
Confiere con los supervisores y conduce a coordinar las actividades del departamento.
Ayudar a coordinar la capacitación y la implementación de las actividades ISO9001 y asegurar que se mantengan los niveles de desempeño requeridos.
Revisa informes de producción y operación y resuelve el rendimiento operativo y la utilización óptima. Informa necesidades de mantenimiento para la reparación / modificación.
Dirige y entrena a los compañeros de trabajo en las operaciones de maquinaria y equipo. Desarrolla, realiza entrenamiento y aplica procedimientos de operación seguros.
Observa a los compañeros de trabajo para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de OSHA y las reglas de seguridad interna.
Asiste a la reunión mensual del comité de seguridad. Mantiene la armonía entre los compañeros de trabajo y resuelve las quejas cuando es necesario.
Ayuda a los subordinados en el uso y la comprensión de la política de la compañía con la ayuda del gerente de fabricación, gerente de división y / o Departamento de Recursos Humanos.
Cumple, almacena y recupera los datos de producción.
Prepara y proporciona evaluaciones de desempeño subordinadas.
Trabaja con el departamento de recursos humanos en los procedimientos de contratación y terminación de acuerdo con las prácticas adecuadas.
Emite instrucciones escritas y orales. Inspecciona los trabajos en curso y los productos terminados.
Recomienda medidas para mejorar los métodos de producción, el rendimiento del equipo y la calidad del producto.
Sugiere cambios en las condiciones de trabajo y utiliza equipos para aumentar la eficiencia de la planta.
Interpreta los boletos de producción y dirige el flujo de trabajo en la planta. Resuelve los problemas de trabajo según sea necesario.
Revisa errores y quejas.
Asiste en cualquier acción correctiva necesaria.
Emite disciplina cuando es necesario.
