  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource loading, critical path analysis, milestones, and baseline management.
  • Develop project execution plans, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and project budgets.
  • Monitor project financial performance including forecasting, earned value, labor productivity, cost-to-complete, margin protection, and change management.
  • Lead internal project kickoff meetings and client kickoff meetings.
  • Facilitate recurring project status meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish project expectations, communication plans, governance standards, and escalation procedures.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project scope, negotiate changes, prepare change orders, and maintain contract compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, applicable codes, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver projects that consistently meet quality standards, schedule commitments, financial objectives, and customer expectations.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
