Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Shared Services and local HR teams to ensure accurate and compliant configuration of HCM & Reporting modules in Workday.
• Help to design and maintain Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Document templates and EIBs.
• Participate in configuration updates and testing cycles.
• Collaborate with the other HRIS team members, Integration and AMS teams to ensure smooth data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, propose enhancements, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Support training and documentation efforts for stakeholders, including People Partners and regional HR teams.
• Monitor Workday releases and coordinate impact assessments and testing.
• Contribute to HRIS projects such as Absence Management workshops or AI deployment
  
  

Qualification :

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep expertise in HCM & Reporting configuration. Absence and Time Tracking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of calculated fields, eligibility rules, and business processes.
• Experience working in a global or multi-country environment
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Team spirit
• Workday certifications is a plus
