The role involves advising companies on Belgian and international corporate tax, real estate taxation, and strategic growth ambitions. Responsibilities include leading tax due diligence for M&A transactions, managing ruling applications, and collaborating with Legal and Corporate Finance teams.
Candidates must have a master's degree in Law, Economics, or Commercial Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant tax practice experience. Fluency in Dutch and English, along with a strong interest in corporate and international taxation, is required.
