Act as the primary coordinator between the client, Valtech, and the CRM vendor to manage ticketing systems and CRM configurations. Gather and document functional requirements while providing first-line support and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requires 6-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and strong functional analysis skills. Candidates must demonstrate experience in client-facing roles and proficiency in managing CRM entities, workflows, and stakeholder communication.
