Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) within the SAFe framework to ensure alignment and synchronization across multiple teams. Act as a servant leader providing coaching on Lean-Agile practices and managing program-level risks and dependencies.
Requires at least 5 years of leadership experience in an Agile environment, preferably with SAFe, and strong facilitation skills. SAFe certifications (e.g., SPC) are highly desired, along with proficiency in tools like Jira or Rally.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise, car le rôle implique des communications régulières avec des clients et des collègues situés à l'extérieur du Québec
Vous vous épanouirez dans ce rôle si vous êtes une personne:
Organiser et animer les événements de planification de Program Increment (PI) afin d’aligner les équipes sur des objectifs communs et les dépendances, tout en assurant un alignement stratégique et opérationnel. Comprendre la fréquence des livraisons et collaborer étroitement avec le/la Release Manager.
Faciliter les Scrum of Scrums (SoS) afin d’identifier et de résoudre les obstacles interéquipes et assurer une coordination efficace, en escaladant au besoin auprès de la direction.
Superviser les rencontres Product Owner Sync (PO Sync) pour aligner les priorités, gérer les dépendances et soutenir la livraison des fonctionnalités.
Animer les ateliers Inspect & Adapt (I&A) à la fin de chaque PI, identifier les enjeux systémiques et piloter l’amélioration continue à l’échelle de l’ART.
Gérer les ART Sync réguliers avec les parties prenantes afin de communiquer les progrès, évaluer les risques et assurer l’alignement stratégique.
Agir en tant que Coach Agile auprès des équipes de l’ART en fournissant des orientations sur les principes SAFe, les pratiques Lean-Agile et l’amélioration continue.
Promouvoir les valeurs Agile et assurer le respect des pratiques SAFe tout en encourageant une culture de collaboration, de transparence et de responsabilisation.
Soutenir et accompagner les Scrum Masters, Product Owners et autres membres des équipes dans l’évolution de leurs pratiques afin d’optimiser la performance.
Gérer de manière proactive les risques, obstacles et dépendances au niveau du programme en collaboration avec les responsables d’équipe, les Product Managers et les parties prenantes.
Utiliser les données et les retours d’information pour appuyer la prise de décision et assurer un flux de travail fluide au sein de l’ART.
Développer et maintenir de solides relations avec la gestion de produits, les architectes de solution et les responsables d’affaires afin d’assurer une communication claire des priorités et un alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’organisation.
Agir comme point de contact pour les parties prenantes, fournir de la visibilité sur les progrès de l’ART, gérer les escalades si nécessaire et encadrer les attentes.
Utiliser des indicateurs clés pour suivre la performance de l’ART, identifier les tendances et orienter des actions visant à améliorer l’efficacité des équipes et du programme.
Diriger des initiatives d’amélioration continue en s’appuyant sur les données et les retours d’expérience afin d’optimiser les processus et d’éliminer les inefficacités.
