You will support the HR team with daily operations, administration, and the onboarding of new colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute to HR process improvements and assist with various HR-related projects.
Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant HR-related HBO (higher professional education) program. You should be available for 32-40 hours per week and possess strong communication skills, accuracy, and a proactive team-oriented mindset.
Bij Valcon krijg je de kans om veel te leren van ervaren HR-professionals, onderdeel te worden van een jong en ambitieus team én ontvang je een stagevergoeding van €550 per maand.
Tijdens jouw stage krijg je de kans om brede HR-ervaring op te doen binnen een internationale consultancyorganisatie. Je werkt samen met ervaren HR-professionals die je begeleiden, uitdagen en graag hun kennis met je delen. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen, jezelf te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over hoe we HR elke dag een beetje beter kunnen maken.
Of je nu in september, oktober of iets later wilt starten: we denken graag met je mee. Ook de duur van je stage stemmen we af op de eisen van jouw opleiding.

Tijdens jouw stage draai je volledig mee binnen ons HR-team. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en leerdoelen krijg je de mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen binnen verschillende HR-onderwerpen.
