The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and installation of equipment at client locations. This fast-paced position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate activities between clients and internal teams, including Sales, Order Processing, Warehouse, Setup, Inventory, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, and Deployment Specialists. The ideal candidate will proactively manage daily priorities, maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution throughout the delivery and installation process to support exceptional customer satisfaction and operational success.
Job Responsibilities
Expedite the deployment of equipment to clients
Weekly review of sales orders for potential deployment
Obtaining delivery dates and times for deployment in coordination with all parties involved
Logically arrange daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency
Assisting in the integration process to optimize deployment (CW tickets)
Organize and initiate internal group calls (Gold Team meetings) if necessary
Create and update spreadsheets with information pertaining to deployments
Create, organize, and update delivery calendar posts for review by all internal teams
Keep detailed records of deployments and equipment in system database
Obtain site survey information prior to delivery to ensure proper resources are available
Create delivery paperwork for deployment specialists for client review and signature
Receive return delivery paperwork and submit to contracts department in a timely fashion
Engage in additional tasks that arise surrounding custom deployments
