Responsibilities

The SDR acts as the first point of contact, proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn. They are responsible for scheduling meetings for Account Executives and collaborating with Marketing and Sales on outreach campaigns.

Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in Dutch and French to operate in the Belgian market and possess strong communication skills and resilience. While seasoned experience is not required, a growth mindset and basic digital savviness with CRM tools are essential.

What You’ll Do

You are the engine of our growth. As an SDR, you are the first point of contact between Monizze and potential clients. No scripts, no checklists: just real conversations with HR managers, finance directors and business owners.

In practice:

  • You proactively identify and reach out to new companies via phone, email and LinkedIn

  • You listen and qualify: what does this company need? Is Monizze the right fit?

  • You schedule meetings for our Account Executives and ensure a smooth, warn handover

  • You work smart: you keep your CRM up to date and learn every week from your own data

  • You think along with Marketing and Sales on outreach, messaging and campaigns

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need to be a seasoned sales professional. But you do have:

  • Drive and resilience: a “no” motivates you rather than discourages you

  • Strong communication skills: you write clearly, speak confidently, and listen even better

  • Bilingualism NL/FR: a must have, as you operate in the Belgian market

  • Digital savviness: CRM, LinkedIn, tools: you find your way quickly

  • A growth mindset: you want to develop, embrace feedback and keep getting better

  • A first relevant experience (job, internship, student job) is a plus
