Act as the first point of contact for IT requests via ticket, phone, and chat to resolve incidents or route them appropriately. Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing hardware and managing account access.
Must be an enrolled student, preferably in business informatics, with a passion for technology and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365. Confident communication skills in both English and German are required.
