The Field Sales Representative will identify, engage, and onboard referral partners to drive merchant acquisition and expand the company's network. They are responsible for maintaining face-to-face relationships, negotiating agreements, and tracking performance against sales KPIs.
Candidates must have proven experience in field sales and high-volume lead generation, ideally working with brokers or channel partners. Strong relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and the ability to operate effectively in a target-driven environment are essential.

We are launching a high-intensity lead generation initiative to accelerate merchant acquisition for our acquiring and banking business.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated field sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment driven by volume, relationship-building, and measurable results.
You will be responsible for developing referral partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and serving as the primary representative within your assigned territory.
