JOB SUMMARY
The HR and Administration Manager plans all HR functions and manage the whole HR Unit in UniTeller. Their main objective is to ensure all Uniteller HR and administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time.
A Human Resources and Administration Manager’s role encompasses all aspects of HR, including policy development, recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management.. HR and Administration Manager are experienced shall also handle all HR and Administration disciplines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Planning HR and administration activities
Overseeing recruitment and full cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Managing the payroll function and preparing payroll reports including, accounting entries, BIR report, and Annualization.
Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
Overseeing the office management function. Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets. Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.); ensuring safety protocols and emergency preparedness.
Leading the HR unit with the directive of the CEO, Global VP for HR and Administration and Country Director.
Organizing special functions and social events
Manage employee discipline protocols, including investigations, documentation, and corrective action procedures.
Manage performance management as per existing policies and procedures
Manage record keeping and preparation of internal memorandums when needed
Liaise/process transaction/filing with DOLE / Bureau of Immigration (for Expats)
Lead preparation for all audits and examinations and review of all documentation for same;
Liaise with Philippine regulatory/government agencies with oversight of Company (DOLE, SEC, SSS, HDMF, Philhealth);
Primary responsible for the submission of reportorial requirements to the government agencies
Preparing HR and administrative reports, including headcount reports, HR metrics, and management updates.
QUALIFICATIONS These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Management (further advanced education a plus)
At least five (5) years’ experience in HR, five of which in a supervisory role
Expert business and organizational planning ability
Vast experience in team leadership
Successful experience in employee relations
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strategic thinking ability
Proven ability to multitask
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
