Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial contracts, including drafting, review, and negotiation to ensure favorable client outcomes. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure 100% delivery of performance metrics and SLAs.
Requires a law degree and 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial and IT contracting, specifically with SaaS and Master Services Agreements. Must possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to independently handle high-value contract negotiations.
