The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist manages the administration and maintenance of the commercial loan portfolio, including processing transactions and monitoring covenant compliance. They also serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries while ensuring adherence to regulatory and credit union policies.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in commercial loan servicing, banking, or credit union operations. A two-year college degree or equivalent specialized training and certification is required for this position.

The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for the administration, servicing, and maintenance of the Credit Union's commercial loan portfolio. This position ensures the accuracy of commercial loan records, processes loan transactions, maintains collateral and documentation files, supports loan officers and members, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, Credit Union policies, and loan agreements.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of commercial loan servicing, loan operations, banking, or credit union experience is ideal. Experience with commercial loan documentation and collateral administration preferred. Familiarity with commercial lending concepts, loan structures, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
