Develop and implement end-to-end organisational change management strategies to drive adoption and benefit realisation in complex transformations. Advise senior leaders on risk mitigation and grow the firm's delivery offering for AI and digital transformation.
Requires 6+ years of experience in external consulting with a proven track record in enterprise environments. A Master's degree and certifications such as PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desired.
