Oversee and coordinate quality assurance activities, regulatory compliance, and accreditation processes for the Laboratories of Pathology. Develop and implement quality programs, standard operating procedures, and staff training initiatives while managing internal audits and inspections.
Requires a baccalaureate degree in a relevant discipline and at least four years of progressively responsible laboratory experience. Candidates must have two years of quality assurance experience and familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, AABB, CLIA, and CAP.

Under general supervision of the Director, Hospital Labs, with medical input from the Medical Director Laboratories of Pathology, Blood Bank Medical Director and other related Laboratories’ Director, oversees and coordinates the quality assurance activities, requirements, licensure requirements and accreditation activities as well as develops quality programs of the Laboratories of Pathology.
