The Senior Human Factors Specialist will lead user research, design, and evaluation of user interfaces for medical and pharmaceutical devices. They are responsible for planning and conducting usability tests while managing technical projects and client communications.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience in medical device development. Proficiency in FDA guidance and IEC 62366 standards is required, along with strong communication and project management skills.
