The General Manager is responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and member experience of the gym. This includes recruiting and leading a high-performance team while driving revenue through membership sales and coaching attachments.
Candidates need 3-5 years of sales experience and 2-3 years of management experience supervising 3-10 employees. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 120 lbs.
