The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving potential members into the gym and providing exceptional customer service to both members and guests. This includes lead generation, appointment booking, conducting gym tours, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Candidates should have a high school degree or GED and preferably 1-2 years of sales experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a general understanding of the fitness industry are also required.
