You will work as a dedicated Business Analyst Lead in close collaboration with Patient Impact Teams to enable data-driven decisions. Your key responsibilities include:
Market & Insights: Develop a deep understanding of the local market and therapeutic areas (e.g., Rheumatology, Dermatology, Epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut, Myasthenia Gravis); generate actionable insights and deliver analytics solutions to address key business questions.
Launch & Strategy: Drive and support launch readiness strategies and project follow-up for new products and indications in collaboration with local teams and regional stakeholders, including the Intercontinental Analytics community.
Performance & Forecasting: Manage performance through robust insights generation and support accurate forecasting, ensuring reliable projections to guide both strategic and operational decisions.
Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with local and regional stakeholders to implement strategic imperatives and foster innovative business thinking through holistic, end-to-end analytics.
COMPETENCIES
MSc in Biotechnology, Economics, Financials or Medical related university degree
Significant experience in consultancy, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sector (+5-10 years)
Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical G2M data landscape
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business acumen
Team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fast learner, curious and comfortable with ambiguity
Fluent in Local Language & English (if different)
