The QA Supply Officer will manage quality throughout the supply chain by overseeing equipment and material suppliers while ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. They will also lead corrective actions, support supplier audits, and provide quality expertise during technical changes.
Candidates must hold a university degree in science, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field and possess experience in a regulated cGMP environment. Proficiency in French and English, along with knowledge of SAP and quality management systems, is required.

Nous recherchons un·e QA Suppliers and Materials Officer qui est rigoureux·se, orienté·e qualité et proactif·ve, pour rejoindre notre équipe Internal Manufacturing Quality – QA Compliance Operations, basée sur notre campus UCB situé à Braine‑l’Alleud, Brabant wallon, Belgique.
A propos du rôle
Vous allez jouer un rôle clé dans la maîtrise de la qualité tout au long de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Vous contribuerez directement à la mise en place, au maintien et à l’amélioration continue du niveau de qualité lié aux activités fournisseurs d’équipement, matières, achats et systèmes. Vous interviendrez dans un environnement réglementé, dynamique et en constante évolution, où votre expertise qualité soutiendra l’excellence opérationnelle et la conformité réglementaire.
Avec qui vous travaillerez
Vous travaillerez au cœur d’une équipe Qualité engagée, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Internal Manufacturing, QA internes, Achats et Supply Chain. Vous serez en contact régulier avec des fournisseurs et partenaires externes, et vous interagirez avec le management Qualité pour garantir une interprétation cohérente et pragmatique des exigences cGMP et réglementaires.
