Nous recherchons un·e Team Leader Mesure & Instrumentation (Pôle Biologique)orienté·e équipe, organisé·e et techniquement solide pour rejoindre notre équipe basée sur notre campus UCB à Braine‑l’Alleud, Wallonie, Belgique.
À propos du rôle
Vous allez encadrer, organiser et coordonner les équipes techniques en charge des activités de contrôle périodique des équipements et des locaux du site UCB Belgium. Vous garantirez la bonne exécution des interventions en thermie et métrologie dans le respect des exigences GxP, qualité et sécurité. Vous assurerez également un rôle de backup technique et organisationnel en l’absence de votre responsable.
Avec qui vous allez collaborer
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes BelTech, engineering, maintenance, IT, HSE et production. Vous interagirez avec les sous‑traitants et les utilisateurs internes en tant qu’interface opérationnelle clé. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la coordination et la communication entre les différents services du site.
Ce que vous allez faire
Vous allez gérer et encadrer les équipes techniques et sous‑traitants en thermie et métrologie
Vous serez responsable de la planification et de l’exécution des contrôles périodiques des équipements (USP, DSP, laboratoires, bioréacteurs, centrifugeuses, BSC,…).
Vous allez superviser les contrôles préventives et curatives des équipements.
Vous veillerez au respect des exigences GxP, qualité, sécurité et environnement.
Vous piloterez la performance au travers de KPI et assurerez l’alignement avec les objectifs du service.
Vous allez rédiger et/ou revoir et/ approuver les documents de contrôle périodique conformément aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication
Vous allez garantir la conformité GMP, HSE et la qualité documentaire.
Vous allez développer les compétences de l’équipe et assurer leur formation continue.
Vous assurerez la gestion des déviations, audits et actions correctives dans les délais.
Vous allez suivre les Actions Correctives et Préventives (CAPAs) et les Changes Controls (CC).
Vous allez participer activement aux audits et inspections réglementaires.
Vous favoriserez un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.

Diplôme de Bachelier en électromécanique ou expérience équivalente.
Expérience en thermie, métrologie ou contrôle technique en environnement réglementé.
Bonne connaissance des exigences GxP, HSE et des systèmes qualité.
Expérience en management d’équipe technique.
Capacité à analyser des processus et à identifier des axes d’amélioration.
Excellentes compétences en communication, assertivité et gestion des parties prenantes.
