The Senior Financial Analyst will support the FP&A function by providing financial guidance, modeling, and decision support to executive leadership. They will drive business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and process efficiency.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are required, with preference given to those with experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing financial guidance and decision support to executive leadership and key business partners. You'll help drive business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and build scalable financial processes that support organizational growth.
