The Casualty Specialist is responsible for investigating coverage, liability, and damages to settle or deny injury claims. They must maintain accurate reserves and provide professional file documentation for management and Claim Committee reviews.
Candidates must have a college degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of experience handling injury claims. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of state tort laws and insurance regulations are required.
