The Training Manager oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for customer service agents. They are responsible for managing a team of trainers and analyzing training effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative data.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of training experience, specifically with leadership experience in a contact center. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with instructional design and learning theories are required.
