The Director of Rehabilitation serves as the primary liaison between facility leadership and therapy staff while overseeing staff performance and professional development. They manage administrative and operational tasks to ensure high-quality therapy services for residents in assisted living settings.
Candidates must possess a valid Ohio Occupational Therapy License and active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required, with previous home health care experience preferred.
