The Member Services Specialist serves as a trusted resource by delivering exceptional service and identifying financial solutions for members. Responsibilities include managing consumer accounts, processing loan applications, and educating members on digital banking tools.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or financial role, with a preference for banking or credit union backgrounds. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.

Your Job Classification & Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday (Saturday rotation)
Pay Range: $19.63 – 20.86 per hour, based on experience
