The Intake Specialist is responsible for engaging potential clients, assessing their situations, and establishing trust to facilitate the case intake process. They manage communication across multiple platforms and ensure a seamless hand-off of retained clients to the legal team.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish with a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference is given to those with over one year of experience in a similar role or a background in customer service and administration.
