Support the Facilities Manager in operating the Maintenance Department, including budget control and equipment monitoring. Lead and develop the facilities team while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year of recent supervisory experience and a high school diploma. Must have a clean driving record and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme weather.
