Support the Facilities Manager in operating the Maintenance Department, including budget control and equipment monitoring. Lead and develop the facilities team while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience with 1 year of recent supervisory experience and a high school diploma. Must have a clean driving record and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme weather.
