The Director coordinates activities to meet grant objectives, providing one-on-one consulting and outreach to minority and small businesses. Responsibilities include managing the MBAC, reporting to the Division, and maintaining relationships with community leaders and partners.
A degree in business or public administration is preferred, or seven years of business ownership experience. Candidates must possess strong management skills and obtain CBA® Certification within six months of hire.

The MBAC Director is responsible for coordinating activities that accomplish the Scope of Work and KPMs outlined in the grant agreement awarded under this RFP. This includes defining, developing, and implementing required projects; providing one-on-one consulting to minority and small businesses; originating and conducting meetings with community leaders, state, and local officials; and providing and directing professional services for minority, small and socially and economically disadvantaged businesses.
This position is local to Northwest Ohio and cannot be performed remotely.
