  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of quotes, binders, endorsements, and policy documentation
  • Perform quality control reviews of policy documents, including declarations, endorsements, and exclusions
  • Maintain organized and complete electronic underwriting files

Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to improve underwriting workflows, data capture, and system utilization
  • Support automation initiatives across submission intake, pricing, issuance, and reporting processes
  • Assist in driving efficient policy issuance and tracking timelines against service standards

Catastrophe and Risk Coordination

  • Coordinate catastrophe exposure analysis to support underwriting decisions
  • Track and manage key underwriting inputs such as statements of values, BI worksheets, and risk control data
  • Liaise with brokers, risk engineers, and reinsurers to gather and validate required information

  • Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Assist in producing management and production reporting

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, risk control, and operations teams
  • Support clear communication with brokers and external partners as required
  • Participate in industry events and maintain awareness of market trends and emerging risks
