Install, maintain, and repair Ting's fiber outside plant network, including splicing, blowing fiber, and managing splice enclosures. Perform network testing and troubleshooting to ensure integrity and resolve outages for customers.
Requires 2-4 years of telecommunications experience with significant hands-on fiber construction and splicing expertise. Must possess a valid driver's license and a CFOT certification from the Fiber Optic Association.

As an Outside Plant Technician, you'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and expanding Ting's fiber network. You'll perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of outside plant infrastructure, including conduit, fiber, splice enclosures, cabinets, and utility locating.
As one of Ting's frontline representatives in the community, you'll prioritize safety, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience while working independently on increasingly complex network construction and maintenance activities.
This is an on-site role with frequent travel within the Greater Raleigh area. Shift is Monday to Friday between 730 AM to 430 PM.
The base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $62,000. Range shown in $USD for US residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
