The role involves managing the support experience for investors on the Timeless platform by resolving tickets and coordinating with internal teams. You will proactively engage with customers for onboarding and reactivation while identifying recurring feedback to improve support processes.
Candidates need 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or coordinating roles and must be fluent in both German and English. A structured, detail-oriented approach and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
Als Customer Service Manager verantwortest du das Support-Erlebnis unserer Kundschaft auf der Timeless-Plattform. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Anlegenden, beantwortest ihre Fragen und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Anliegen zuverlässig und vollständig gelöst werden.
Die Teilzeitstelle setzt eine verlässliche Verfügbarkeit von etwa fünf Stunden an jedem regulären Arbeitstag voraus. So stellst du sicher, dass Kundenanfragen kontinuierlich bearbeitet und offene Themen zeitnah mit den zuständigen Teams abgestimmt werden können.
Dabei koordinierst du offene Anliegen, verfolgst sie konsequent nach und hältst die Kundschaft transparent auf dem Laufenden. Du verbindest eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität mit Organisationstalent, Eigenverantwortung und Beharrlichkeit. Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Operations, Product, Portfolio Management und Sourcing zusammen. Die Position ist eine operative Fachrolle ohne Personalverantwortung und bietet dir direkten Einblick darin, wie eine neue Anlageklasse aufgebaut und gesteuert wird.
