The role involves processing member transactions and providing high-quality customer service across multiple branch locations. The representative is responsible for building member relationships and recommending tailored financial products and services.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work Saturdays. Previous banking or sales experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.

In this position, you will provide coverage and support across our Muncie and Anderson branch locations, helping ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience wherever you're needed. Responsibilities include processing member transactions, building relationships, and recommending products and services tailored to each member's unique financial needs. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments, and is passionate about helping members find the solutions that best fit their goals through our full range of credit union products and services.
Note: This position will be a traveling role and your scheduled locations will vary among our Muncie and Anderson branches depending on staffing needs.
