Responsibilities

The coordinator is responsible for planning and executing community-based marketing events and 'lunch and learns' to promote the brand. They will lead massage therapists during community events and manage long-term relationships with local businesses.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in sales or marketing and a high school diploma or higher. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are required.

Thrive Health Systems is a natural healthcare company, based in Colorado Springs. We serve thousands of patients annually in our four clinics, and are seeking an enthusiastic, sales-oriented leader who wants to make a real difference in their local community promoting our brand.

This role requires a combination of sales skills, marketing skills, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills to ensure that event marketing is effective, results measurable, and the patient experience extraordinary.


What we are looking for:


Planning and Organization: Ability to follow our process of creating and executing community-based events in Colorado Springs.


Event Performance Oversight: Work with our massage therapists as they go out into the community to provide much-needed and much-desired massage day events in local businesses. You are the boots on the ground leader that pulls the event off and provides additional information promoting our services.


Relationship Development: Identify key relationships to host events and facilitate the hosting of the event; setting up lunch and learns at businesses in our communities, setting up massage day events, organizing and executing exhibition or “booth” exhibits, and ensuring those relationships are managed well over time.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales/marketing

Education: High school diploma or greater.

Leadership Skills: We are looking for a self-motivated leader. We provide full training, and expect you to bring the enthusiasm and motivation to succeed.

Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships in a local business.

Background: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
