The Implementation Manager will own the delivery of client projects from requirements definition through integration, testing, and go-live. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients and third parties to ensure smooth product configuration and effective handovers to operations.
Candidates must have experience implementing credit solutions and working with banks or credit unions. Proficiency in API protocols like REST and SOAP, along with strong project management skills, is required for this role.
The Implementation Manager at Thredd will be responsible for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, building and integration, testing, go live and hand over to support functions. You will own the delivery of a portfolio of new and existing client projects and programmes through all of stages mentioned above.
You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties (issuers, schemes, card bureaus and suppliers) to document and agree requirements, document proposed configuration to meet those requirements, identify ways to phase delivery to aid the client in realising revenue, configure our platform accordingly, assist in their integration using Thredd infrastructure and API’s and test cards and products to ensure they work as expected.

This Implementation Manager position requires you to be in the Austin office three days per week.
