Trane is seeking a dynamic and strategic Area General Manager to lead our Supply business across the Canada-Northeast Region. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, strengthening customer loyalty, and delivering operational excellence across a complex, market-based distribution network serving residential and commercial equipment and supply customers.
With responsibility for a $92M territory, 11 locations, and a team of 90+ employees, this leader will play a pivotal role in shaping regional performance, building organizational capability, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions while leading teams through growth, transformation, and change.
This position is designated as remote within a defined geography and supports the VA, West VA, West PA and MD district. This role reports to the Regional General Manager, Canada-Northeast.
