Develop and deliver technical service training programs, including asynchronous eLearning and instructor-led courses, for commercial HVAC and chiller products. Provide functional leadership for the instructional team and collaborate with engineering for new product development.
Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field, preferably with Trane equipment and chiller expertise. An associate degree, vocational degree, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

What's in it for you:
Be a part of Trane University's development, planning, and delivery of asynchronous eLearning, instructor-led virtual and in-person technical service training programs on a variety of Trane commercial products as well as some fundamental HVAC training for Trane Commercial HVAC Americas. The target audience is Customers, Contractors and Trane Service Technicians. This role will provide functional leadership for the instructional team located at our La Crosse, WI training center in partnership with Davidson and White Bear Lake Training centers. This role requires extensive collaboration with leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues to meet business training needs. They will analyze learning needs and partner with subject matter experts, as necessary, to provide input for delivery of course content as well as plan and coordinate skill assessments and training. This role will have a larger focus on Trane’s Chiller products.
