Lead accounting operations and oversee daily financial activities to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls. Manage monthly closings, support audits, and mentor a team while serving as the accounting focal point for the North Latam region.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of accounting experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Must possess deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations in Mexico and Colombia.
