Requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 6 years of technical leadership. Must have proven success in regulated environments, capital planning, and knowledge of GMP and Lean Manufacturing.

This role is in the Single Use Division (SUD) and will be performed on-site at our Logan, Utah location. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

This individual will lead the automation strategy, capital investment, manufacturing engineering, facilities, and maintenance while developing high-performing teams. The individual will be leading change in complex manufacturing environments, solving cross-functional business challenges, and will be influential in building the future rather than maintaining the present.
