The role involves identifying growth opportunities and developing customer-centric L&D and change management concepts in close collaboration with management. Responsibilities include building client relationships, monitoring market trends, and supporting marketing efforts to increase visibility.
Candidates need several years of experience in business development, consulting, or organizational development with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in German and English are required, along with a sales-oriented mindset.
