As a Bus Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation while ensuring dignity, professionalism, and care for all riders.

Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a CT Public Service License
  • Strong judgment, reliability, and attention to safety
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to maintain CPR and PMT certification

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
  • Ability to operate vehicle lifts and respond to emergencies
