The Proposal Specialist manages the RFP process for new and existing group benefits business by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. They are responsible for evaluating risks, negotiating pricing, and maintaining accurate data within the Salesforce CRM system.

As a Proposal Specialist (Sales Analyst) on the Employee Benefits team, you will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing/growing business through your blend of relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills.
In addition to RFP management, your ability to build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships will be vital as you collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved. The Sales Analyst will demonstrate core company values and brand in all interactions: professional negotiation, responsive communication, daily check-ins, scheduled meetings, etc.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
Base Range: $66,000-$85,000 depending on experience, incentive plan eligiblePositions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
