POSITION SUMMARY:
The Food and Beverage Coordinator ( F&B Coordinator) will serve as a front line supervisor of a diversified business that includes a full services grill, kitchen, fast food service, concession stands, mobile food carts, online meals, team meals, and catering services. The F&B Coordinator must have the ability to effectively manage part-time staff, adhere to cash handling policies, and ensure efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets.
