Provide high-level administrative and personal support to a physician owner, managing calendars, correspondence, and confidential records. Assist in medical practice operations and the development of new healthcare programs using AI technology.
Requires previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Healthcare Administrator, preferably within a medical office or hospital setting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with a strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
