The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a superior customer experience. They will handle membership inquiries, maintain facility cleanliness, and drive sales through rapport building.
Candidates must have prior experience in sales and customer service, along with a strong passion for the fitness industry. The role requires open availability to work 35-40 hours per week and the ability to stand or walk for an entire shift.
