Supports quality processes including customer complaints, statistical quality control, and deviation management from a QC perspective. Leads root cause investigations and collaborates with production units to implement corrective actions and reduce non-conforming materials.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or Engineering with at least 8 years of chemical industry experience in quality assurance. Mandatory ISO 9001 internal auditor certification and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like 6 Sigma and 8D are required.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Supports all processes regarding customer complaints , statistical quality control (SQC), out of
specification (OOS), and deviation management from QC perspective, including but not limited to all
Standard Work Process (SWP), Management System, and analytical responsibilities. This position
provides analytical guidance, aid, and support to Production Units to achieve Quality and capacity
goals, with a priority on reducing complaints and NCM.
