The PT Engineer will provide technical process support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations to ensure safe and efficient production. They will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate the scale-up of new products across cross-functional teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills are required to succeed in this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a PT Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by providing process expertise, troubleshooting plant issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our production facilities. Working closely with Production, Quality, Technical, Planning, Engineering, and HSE teams, you will help deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes while supporting the introduction of new products and technologies.
